Session notes & photos
Snap a hand-written note or a screenshot — saved to today. A voice note is typed out on the PC and lands in the box above for you to read and save.

Ask Mudi.
Ask about your own books, or just ask. You choose which — and who answers it.
What should it answer from?
Ask
Mudi starts the moment you press Ask, and writes the answer below. A few minutes — it works while you do something else.
For a whole folder, or anything large: drop it into
inbox\ on this computer. Mudi walks it on its own — every file, every sub-folder, photos included — and there is no size limit that way.Who answers it

Notebook.
Everything you write, in one place: a note, a to-do when you tick it, a calendar entry when you give it a date — and the close of each day, kept so you can come back and read it. Never a name, never a civil ID.
Write it down
Nothing here is required. Whatever you leave out is saved as it is and shown later as (NO INPUT) — a gap you can fill, not a gap that disappears.
Still to do
This is your one to-do list. Anything here with a date also shows in your Calendar — same list, two views.

Mudi on your iPhone calendar
Your shifts, leave, exams, dated to-dos and rotations appear on the iPhone as their own calendar called Mudi — hide it, show it or colour it like any other. It updates by itself. Cases and notes never go there.
Open this page on the iPhone and tap the button, then Subscribe. It only reads from Mudi — add and change things here, and the phone follows (about every hour).

A full exam-style work-up. Write your answer for each step, reveal the examiner marksheet, tick what you covered — Mudi scores the station, shows where you lost marks, and saves them to drill again.

Library health.
Two questions about your own materials: can Mudi read every page you own, and can you trust what it read. A number that is out of date counts as a failure here, not a pass.

The map of a section
Pick a section. Its documents are the circles — a newer confirmed source sits nearer the middle, a superseded one at the edge — and a line between two is a link the brain found between their points, with both quotes below. Nothing is drawn that a page does not say.
Guidelines pointed to this month
Once a month a seat looks at a fixed list of guideline publishers and points — a title, a year, a publisher, a link — and says whether your library already holds it. It never quotes what a guideline says: that stays for you to read.

What your library can teach
The Royal College's own list of sections for your specialty, measured against your own files. READY means three or more of your documents talk about it, so questions can be made and every answer quoted. Nothing means no question can be made at all until a source arrives.

What failed
Unreliable register
Readable is not the same as trustworthy. Your own note outranks everything a machine wrote, and nothing here is ever deleted — a weak source stays until a better one arrives, marked.
Ask for a replacement
The list to take to your consultant or to KIMS — each row carries the evidence, so you never have to remember why you asked.

Review what Mudi generates before it reaches your study sessions — approve, reject, or edit. Drafts never appear in study until you approve them.

Put your own files in
inbox/owner_materials/ → Scan → Ingest. Every readable file is classified, indexed and registered as a source; nothing is held out for an identifier (the owner's ruling, 2026-09-27). Then generate drafts (pipeline above) from an indexed source.Source registry

AI study helper off
Optional, low-cost (Haiku by default), education only. Off by default. It never sees patient data, names, civil IDs or the sealed vault. It needs an API key on the machine (phone phase) to actually run; until then it stays dormant at zero cost.
Sign-in
Checking…
Until you create the first account, Mudi stays open on this computer and nothing changes.
Once you do, signing in is required — and go-live, import, restore, deleting backups,
approving bank content and AI settings need your password, not hers.
Forgotten it? On this computer run
python -m api.auth reset.
Backup & restore
Mudi snapshots her working store automatically — once every day it runs, keeping the last 20. Nothing leaves this computer. The sealed vault is never inside these snapshots; back it up separately with
BACKUP_VAULT.bat.…

Exams and important dates are entered in Calendar now, where you can see them beside everything else. This is the list.
Year plan — rotations (R1–R5)
Set each block before the year starts — year, discipline, hospital, dates and supervisor. Mark the active one current so the leave caps and dashboard track it.
